The inaugural winner of the MBA Roundtable Innovator Award was announced at the Symposium.  Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis was selected for its Critical Thinking@Olin initiative, designed to develop critical thinking skills in MBA students.  The Innovator Award was created to recognize and promote innovative initiatives in MBA education and to acknowledge the institutions that are driving change in the field.

During the symposium, Carleen Kerttula, Executive Director of the MBA Roundtable, mentioned the upcoming 2012 Curricular Innovation Study.  This MBA research initiative is designed to provide faculty and administrators industry data that will enable them to promote curricular change and innovation in their MBA programs.  Designed and delivered in partnership with Percept Research, the study focuses on current trends in curricular development and the processes employed within business schools to design and deliver innovative MBA curricula.

Percept Research serves as the research partner to the MBAR Roundtable and offers discounts to members that participate in the firm's MBA Lifecycle Survey Suite.
