Brian Mahoney and Leah Dew of Percept Research attended the 2009 annual conference of the Executive MBA Council from October 18-21 in San Diego, CA.
“Leading through Challenging Times” was the theme of the conference. The conference plenary speakers addressed where the economy is headed and how Executive MBA programs can ride the waves of change and continue to offer the skills and knowledge for business leaders that meet marketplace needs. The annual conference attracts participants from around the globe, offering insights into trends, new developments and best practices that impact Executive MBA Programs worldwide.
Brian Mahoney co-presented global executive MBA trends during the first day of the conference along with Jordi Diaz (Director International Programmes, EADA) and George Bobinski (Associate Dean, Binghamton University). Jordi and George serve on the Center for Research for the Executive MBA Council.
Percept Research manages the council's annual Membership Program Survey. This survey benchmarks trends in executive MBA programs globally. The council published a press release of the 2009 executive MBA industry benchmark survey results.
