Brian Mahoney, Managing Partner at Percept Research, presented council updates on the association's MBA research initiatives at the Southwest regional Executive MBA meeting. The meeting was hosted by the SMU Cox School of Business on June 14-15, 2010.
Percept Research serves as the research partner to the Executive MBA Council which supports these collaborative regional meetings. The Executive MBA Council maintains an organizational culture that promotes collegiality as defined by open communication, respect for each other, and sharing of best practices.
During the Southwest regional meeting, Mr. Mahoney stated that the fielding period for the council's 2010 Membership Program Survey, a benchmark study of all programs in the association, is ending this week. The Membership Program Survey reveals regional and worldwide trends and helps empower the association as the voice of the EMBA industry.
Additionally, the 2010 fielding period for Percept's MBA Student Exit survey is ending on June 30. Over 110 executive MBA programs are currently participating in the Exit study this year. Percept Research announced that it will start providing benchmark comparisons across full-time, part-time, and executive MBA programs that participate in the firm's MBA Lifecycle Survey Suite.
Percept Research conducts MBA market research and communications consulting with over 230 business schools globally. Consulting engagements include new program feasibility studies, brand positioning, student lifecycle assessments, and messaging strategy.
