EMBA Council Regional Meetings

Brian Mahoney of Percept Research was invited to present EMBA industry trends at the Executive MBA Council Southeast regional meeting.

The University of Tulane Freeman School of Business hosted over 60 attendees at the meeting from March 9-11, 2014.

The regional meeting included several sessions covering topics such as “Trends in Marketing & Social Media,” “Electronics in the EMBA,” and “Career Service Models and Delivery Options.”

Brian Mahoney (Managing Partner) also led a session covering southeast regional EMBA trends and recent updates to the firm’s MBA Lifecycle Survey Suite.

Brian presented key business school metrics collected from the Executive MBA Council's 2013 Membership Program Survey and from the MBA Student Entry and MBA Student Exit Surveys managed by Percept Research. The session generated an interactive discussion on the drivers of the trends and how EMBA programs are adapting to the market including the growing use of social media to reach prospective students.

The annual EMBA Council Membership Program Survey reveals regional and worldwide trends and helps empower the association as the voice of the EMBA industry. The survey also drives the online directory of member programs provided by the council and will be fielded by Percept Research this spring.
